Rack Lock
The cable is just a Kryptonite bike cable held shut with a Master Lock weatherproof padlock; to incorporate the HiLift the padlock passes through the lower "jaw". None of the rack pieces touch the roof so I don't have to worry about something rubbing through the paint.
