I knew where I wanted to put the MagLight but finding the clips for it took forever. I finally got some at Home Depot but I don't always see them there (I recently saw some at Gallyans), it seemed more of a fluke than anything when I did find them. I'd recommend getting them online if you can even if you have to pay a few dollars more it worth the time you'll save. After I had the clips it was just a matter of drilling holes through the carpet and floor panel and threading bolts through.
