Putting on the tape
Since my BSMs were second hand the install may be a bit different than other people, first I have to use acetone and a flat head screwdriver to scrape off the old tape. Then I went to the nearby auto body/paint shop to get some 1/4" wide 3M adhesive tape. Don't settle for anything other than 3M adhesive, everything else is too weak. I put the tape where the old tape was so all I had to do was peel and stick.
